Reporting to the Mine Maintenance General Supervisor, the Gas Shop Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating trades, schedules, continuous improvement, and staffing to ensure company standards are maintained in the maintenance department.

This position works a 4x4 day shift schedule. We are looking for someone with strong organization and planning skills, who has experience with employee relations and has the ability to work well with a team. Interpersonal and communication skills will be vital for success in this role. You will be a key player in the coordination of quality maintenance and repair of mine equipment to improve availability and reliability of production. You will advise the troubleshooting of equipment failures to resolve root cause and initiate appropriate remedial actions. HVC operates a primarily Cat equipment fleet.

Salary Range: $105000.0 - $129000.0

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
