About the Role:

The Sustainability Manager will be able to interpret changes in the external sustainability environment and work out the strategic opportunities and consequences for our company, our products and our customers. Understanding building regulations and policy changes is key as well as educating and informing our commercial, technical, compliance and marketing teams on their impacts. We need someone who is agile in the way they work, flexible to change and have a strong balance of technical and social skills to ensure you are working effectively.

The candidate will be able to influence stakeholders with strong communication skills. The candidate must be able to articulate the benefits and risks in a way that makes sense to the audience in question, whether that’s our internal team or our customers. Question, challenge and taking your own initiative to get into the heart of the detail is required as well as being able to distil that into actionable insights.
