Watchtower Security is a national leader in video surveillance for the multifamily housing industry, and we’re growing fast. We’re currently looking for a Systems Integration Technician to join our Projects Department and help bring new client sites online with seamless technical precision.

In this hands-on technical role, you’ll partner with Project Managers and installers to configure, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment—ensuring our clients receive the highest quality installation and system performance. What You'll Do:

•
Build detailed network maps and equipment lists for project implementations
•
Configure and verify connectivity for switches, routers, radios, and IP cameras
•
Virtually aim and focus surveillance cameras with field installers
•
Perform basic network troubleshooting and remote configuration
•
Create and update Portal Maps, property maps, and light audits
•
Order and coordinate installation of internet services for projects
•
Tune and finalize camera settings post-installation
•
Remove backend systems for completed or decommissioned sites
•
Ensure correct equipment is ordered in collaboration with Inventory and Procurement
•
Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and technical standards
•
Support the service team with remote troubleshooting as needed
•
Handle multiple projects with strong organization and follow-through


Who You Are:

•
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred
•
Basic networking knowledge required (switches, routers, IP devices)
•
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
•
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
•
Positive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
•
Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced technical environment
•
Strong interpersonal and customer service mindset
•
Willing to work outside of regular business hours when necessary to meet deadlines
