Responsibilities

•

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.

•

Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system.

•

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

•

Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.

•

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

•

Engage with customers to promote menu items and special offers.

Requirements

•

Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.

•

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

•

Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

•

Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary practices is a plus.

•

Experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous.

•

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

•

Must be willing to learn and adapt to new procedures and practices within the workplace.
