Technical Project Manager [32238]

Lead the end-to-end setup and onboarding of the company’s automation platform for Pilot and New customers.

Help customers to build their test cases, handle work with Customer Support to have questions answered.

Help to setup access for networking with VPN to VPN or tunnelling or whitelisting solutions.

Understand if there are technical requirements that are missing for customer and create a clear, well-structured stories/documentation to describe to Engineering what needs to be done, then get estimates from Engineering on those, then setup expectations with customers on delivery based on estimates and Gantt chart for feature delivery.

Develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.

Collaborate with QA teams, developers, and DevOps to integrate into CI/CD pipelines.

Identify risks and proactively address potential roadblocks in the implementation process.

Act as a liaison between Sales/CS and Engineering during onboarding

Collaborate with customer security teams to help to setup tunneling/security

Advise customers on security and solutions

Interact with Engineering to make sure things are setup

Work closely with new customers to analyze their test automation needs and define technical requirements.

Assist in designing customized automation strategies using the company’s codeless testing framework.

Provide best practices for integrating with the customer’s existing tech stack.

Act as the technical point of contact for customers during onboarding and implementation.

Create detailed implementation guides, FAQs, and technical documentation.

Guide customers in configuring test scripts, test environments, and execution settings within the company.

Assist with API and database validations using the company’s capabilities.

Help integrate the company's code with enterprise CI/CD workflows and DevOps pipelines.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to test execution, AI-driven test maintenance, and integrations.

Work closely with the engineering and support teams to escalate and resolve complex customer challenges during onboarding and implementation.

Ensure smooth transition to ongoing customer support teams. 6. Continuous Improvement & Product Feedback

Gather customer feedback to improve the usability and effectiveness of the company’s platform.

Work with the engineering team to suggest new features and enhancements based on customer needs.

Stay updated on test automation trends, AI advancements, and CI/CD best practices.

Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Software

4+ years of experience in similar role

Experience with a system integrator as a PM

Experience in lieu of education may be considered

Strong understanding of test automation and QA processes

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Knowledge of API testing, database validation, and web/mobile app testing

Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, cloud services, and test management tools

Strong communication skills for technical training and customer engagement

Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results on-time

Problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise
