Traffic Engineering Specialist

STV's Owings Mills, MD office is looking for a Traffic Engineering Specialist to add to the team. This position offers excellent potential for career advancement and growth as this individual would assist other senior staff in guiding transportation agencies in Maryland, Virginia and DC. We are looking for a passionate & determined entry-level engineer. Candidate will join a team of young engineers and provide technical design and operational analysis.
