TRAINING SUPERVISOR (Mine)

We are currently seeking a Mine Training Supervisor (Production) for our Carlsbad, New Mexico location. This role is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing and training employees to be safe during day-to-day during operations of the mine. Assist on the implementation of safety projects, process improvements or capital projects as needed. Assist with employee training and qualifications. Responsible for conducting audits and inspections. Reviews and authorizes work permits.

Where will you work: Onsite at Carlsbad, NM (76 Rawhide Rd., Loving, NM 88256)

Schedule: 9/80 schedule (Monday-Friday with every other Friday off, 6am-3pm) What you’ll do?* Design training programs: Create tailored training programs that promote continuous learning and development.

What you’ll need:* High school diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience or 2-year technical program with 2+ years of experience required. Technical or engineering bachelor’s degree with at least 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
