Tree Climber/Groundsman

We are seeking a skilled climber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tree care, pruning, and removal, using industy standard techniques and equipment. Experience as a crew leader preferred, but not necessary. A willingness to learn and work as a team is required.

Responsibilities

- Tree removal and pruning

- Driving (DL is required)

- Maintain equipment and tools and preform general maintenance as needed

Skills

- Proficiency in climbing, rigging, removals, pruning, and safety

- Experience operating industry standard equipment

- Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks safely and effectively

- Leadership skills and the ability to teach and train others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
