Why You'll Love This Role:
As a Truck Driver, you won't just be filling a role; you will play a vital part in our operations team, ensuring metal materials are transported safely.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Truck & Trailer Inspection: Inspect truck and trailer units to identify any mechanical issues or safety concerns, ensuring the vehicles are always roadworthy.
•
Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and avoid breakdowns.
•
Safety Program Participation: Actively participate in and promote the company’s safety program, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.
•
Truck Cab Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized truck cab at all times, following internal and external cleaning procedures.
•

+ Roll-off Units
+ Dump Trailers
+ Step Deck TrailersEquipment Operation: Safely operate various company units, including but not limited to:
Qualifications:
•
A minimum of 2 years of extensive driving experience utilizing a Class 1A license.
•
A class 1A License is required.
•
Manual Transmission Experience.
•
Holds a clean driver abstract.
