About This Job

LVP Security Services (NV PILB 3026) is hiring for an Unarmed Security Officer – HOA Access Control & Rover for a 24-hour Residential high-rise condo in Las Vegas, NV!

Pay Rate:

•
$15.00 per hour

Shift Availability:

•

All shifts (Day, Evening, and Overnight)

What Our Security Officers Do:

•

Greet and welcome residents and visitors in a sincere, friendly manner.

•

Check and document visitor and resident ID's upon authorized entry each time they arrive to the property.

•

Monitor ingress and egress traffic and ensure that it is properly streamlined.

•

Contact appropriate law enforcement or medical response agency in cases of emergencies or threats, attempt to handle situations according to property procedures until help arrives. Contact Supervisor to report situation immediately.

•

Investigate accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities and create and submit correlating reports associated to the incident.

•

Comply with all company and property procedures and safety policies.

•

Monitor CCTVs and gate access to ensure that they are in good working order and report any issues to the Supervisor immediately.

•

Submit reports of hourly surveillance activity and important occurrences.

What Our Candidates Need:

•

Be at least 18 years of age.

•

Possess a Valid NV PILB Guard Card.

•

Be well-groomed and present a professional uniform appearance at all times.

•

Be a team player!

•

Be physically agile and able to stand for extended periods.

•

Have the ability to pass both a background and drug screening.

•

Possess basic computer skills.

•

A High School Diploma, GED or higher education diploma
