Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Utility Construction Laborers to join our team. We install underground utilities via trenching, directional drilling and excavation. This role involves physical labor in outdoor conditions, assisting with various utility construction tasks. Any past experience will be considered. Pay increases after just 30 days based on performance.
Requirements:
•
Starting pay: $18-$20/hour depending on experience
•
Pay increase after 30 days based on performance
•
Must have a valid Driver's License and pass a drug test
•
Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required
•
Lift and handle heavy objects weighing up to 80 pounds
•
Typical work hours are 6:30am to 3:00pm - 4:30pm (weather dependent), Monday to Friday, with the possibility of occasional weekend work based on project needs.

Previous work history must be provided and verifiable
