Valve Repair Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Valve Repair Manager is responsible for overseeing operations of all aspects of repair shop activities across multiple branch locations. This role ensures efficient workflow, high-quality service delivery, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will drive business growth by implementing operational strategies that enhance productivity, improve profitability, and support achievement of sales targets. This leadership position plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work culture and maintaining high operational standards.

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within an industrial or manufacturing repair environment.
