Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven VP of Sales to lead our sales organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, mentoring a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence, deepening customer relationships, and aligning sales objectives with overall company goals.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
•Manage and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Engineering, and Operations, to ensure cohesive strategies and execution.
•Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and suppliers
•Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
•Drive innovation in sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
•Annually develops specific volume goals for each product line to increase market share and establish reasonable sales objectives.
Education Level:
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience
•10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within manufacturing.
•Foundry, Forge or Machining part sales experience preferred.
•Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously.
•Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
•Proficiency in managing inside and outside sales teams
