Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, inventory control, and process improvement. This role requires effective team management skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our e-commerce logistics and ensuring that all operations align with OSHA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Overseeing the storage and movement of goods, including receiving, storing, and shipping.

•

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and other warehouse-related data.

•

Data Entry: Entering and updating inventory data into warehouse management systems.

•

Communication: Communicating with other departments and vendors to ensure the smooth flow of goods.

•

Quality Control: Ensuring the accuracy and quality of inventory and shipments.

Skills Required:

•

Organizational Skills: Ability to keep records organized and efficiently manage inventory.

•

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with other employees, vendors, and clients.

•

Computer Skills: Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other computer software.

•

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to inventory or shipping.

•

Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar managerial role within warehouse operations.

•

Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse management systems (WMS).

•

Familiarity with e-commerce logistics and third-party logistics (3PL) operations is preferred.

•

Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.

•

Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives within a warehouse setting.

•

Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining safety standards.

•

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
