Location: Frederick, MD Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime during peak seasons possible)

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do:

•

Receive, store, and track inventory and supplies across a busy warehouse

•

Oversee deliveries and pickups, ensuring quality and accuracy

•

Maintain inventory records and audit purchase order software

•

Rotate stock, manage storage locations, and suggest reorders

•

Perform routine warehouse maintenance and cleanliness duties

•

Support HVAC service and installation teams by ensuring the right materials are on hand and ready to go

•

Handle basic building tasks like light cleaning, snow removal, and securing the facility

What You Bring:

•

Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs., frequent lifting of 25-50 lbs.

•

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

•

Ability to use (and learn quickly) software programs like Excel and inventory management tools

•

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with internal departments

•

Prior warehouse or inventory experience preferred (but not required)

•

High school diploma or equivalent
