Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient logistics processes, and maintaining high safety standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, materials handling, and process improvement.
Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.

Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
•
Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy in inventory management.
•
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
•
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding materials handling and safety.
•
Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Skills
•
Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
•
Experience in process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
•
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce.
•
Strong understanding of materials handling best practices to ensure safe operations.
