From flooring and painting to drywall, handyman services—we help retail, commercial, and residential customers bring their projects to life, whether they need expert service or the right materials to DIY.

Now, we’re looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to lead our Omaha flooring warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage inventory, shipping/receiving, and build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments—verify deliveries, stage materials, and track inventory

✔ Organize and maintain the warehouse for maximum efficiency and safety

✔ Communicate daily with subcontractors, installers, and customers to coordinate material needs

✔ Track and manage all inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely reordering

✔ Assist with scheduling, job prep, and keeping materials flowing to the right places at the right time

✔ Support walk-in customers and vendor reps with professionalism and product knowledge

✔ Be a hands-on leader who takes ownership of the warehouse’s performance and appearance
