Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Web Developer located in Sterling, VA which b uilds real-time GUI applications for controlling robotic systems using modern web technologies

Qualifications

Develop robot control interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Electron

- Implement real-time communication with Socket.io for live robot telemetry

- Build REST APIs with Node.js for robot configuration and command execution

- Manage complex application state using MobX/Zustand

- Create responsive UIs with Tailwind CSS and Shadcn components

- Design MongoDB schemas for robot data and operational logs

- Optimize for low-latency, real-time control requirements Requirements

Technical Skills

- React, TypeScript, Electron

- MobX or Zustand state management

- Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI

- Node.js, REST APIs, Socket.io

- MongoDB

Experience

- 3+ years full-stack web development

- Real-time systems and WebSocket communication

- Data visualization for dashboards and monitoringPreferred:
