Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning residential, commercial, and high-rise building windows both inside and out, ensuring a spotless, streak-free finish that meets our high-quality standards. This role requires physical stamina, a commitment to safety, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

•

Clean exterior and interior windows on residential and commercial properties using industry-standard tools such as squeegees, water-fed poles, and ladders

•

Safely access windows using ladders or scaffolding.

•

Remove dirt, grime, and debris from window surfaces, sills, and frames.

•

Apply cleaning solutions, scrape off paint or debris, and ensure streak-free finishes.

•

Inspect windows for damage, cracks, or issues and report findings to supervisors or clients when necessary.

•

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment; report any malfunctions or damage.

•

Ensure all work areas are left clean and free of obstructions after each job.

•

Interact professionally and courteously with clients, addressing their questions or concerns with a customer-first attitude.

•

Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and time spent at each job site.

•

Travel to various job sites daily using a company vehicle or personal transportation, depending on assignment.

Qualifications:

•

Previous experience in window cleaning, janitorial services, or exterior maintenance preferred but not required — training is available for the right candidate.

•

Comfortable working at heights and in varying outdoor weather conditions.

•

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in a physically demanding environment.

•

Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety.

•

Excellent time management and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

•

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is strongly preferred.

•

Must be dependable, punctual, and respectful of clients' property and privacy.
