We have an opportunity for an organized individual with strong work ethics to join our team as the Part-time Accounts Payable Clerk.
Job Description:
•
Part-time position with flexible schedule (estimated 20-24 hours per week)
•
Receive, verify and voucher all vendor invoices
•
Process weekly accounts payable run via ACH
•
Process twice monthly accounts payable run via vendor purchasing cards
•
Process monthly accounts payable run via live checks
•
Scan paid invoices into document storage software
•
Assist with other accounting tasks as time permits
•
Experience preferred but not required
Training and Pay:
•
Starting pay = $16.00/hr, adjustment after 90 days based on performance
•
Job location – Dalton, GA
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
