Administrative/Billing Assistant

This Administrative/Billing Assistant role in our Rosebush, MI office supports day-to-day operations through data entry, filing, and Excel reporting. This is an ideal position for someone with strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail. Essential Duties:

Compliance - Audit invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts and SOP.
Travel Arrangements – Booking of travel and hotels for employees.
Record Keeping – Maintaining organized filing systems.
Event Planning – Assisting with event planning and coordination.
Expenses – Collecting, organizing, and fulfilling expenses and expense reports.
Report Generation – Preparing, editing, and distributing reports and documents.
Office Supply Management – Ordering supplies, tracking inventory, and coordinating office equipment maintenance.
Other Administrative Tasks – Assisting with various other clerical and administrative duties as needed.


Key Qualifications:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Meticulous, accurate, and timely work product with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to problem solve, take initiative, and prioritize to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must have a strong work ethic with the ability to work as a team or independently.
High school Diploma or equivalent is required
The physical activity required for this role includes:
+ Sitting for extended periods in an office environment + Frequently standing, walking, stooping, reaching, climbing, bending and reaching + Manual dexterity for computer use, files and office equipment + Occasionally lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
