JOB SUMMARY:

Desert Foothills Landscape is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cave Creek, Arizona. This role will provide essential support to our Controller and Project Manager. In this role, you will handle phone calls and emails, process and file paperwork, and maintain vendor relationships. Additionally, you will assist with time sheet entry and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping and administrative experience and possess strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•

Answer phone calls and emails from customers and vendors

•

Enter bills into accounting software and reconcile vendor accounts

•

Monitor spending and reconcile purchase orders

•

Enter and maintain employee time sheets

•

Organize and maintain files of bills and invoices

•

Maintain records, organize filing and archive system to facilitate the expeditious retrieval of information

•

Handle confidential and non-routine information

REQUIREMENTS:

•

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.

•

2-3 years of experience in administration or office management.

•

Administrative office experience

•

Strong organizational and communication skills

•

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
