Your Tasks:
•Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to identify the needs : Work closely with various departments such as engineering, product development, operational excellence, production, planning & supply chain, sales & marketing, to understand their needs and identify opportunities where AI and ML can be applied to improve processes and products.
•Develop and Implement AI/ML Models: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models to address specific process challenges. This includes selecting appropriate algorithms, training models on relevant data, and fine-tuning them for optimal performance.
•Analyze Large Datasets: Utilize data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from vast amounts of data. This involves cleaning and preprocessing data, performing exploratory data analysis, and identifying patterns and trends that can inform decision-making.
•Create and Maintain Documentation: Document the development process, methodologies, and results of AI/ML models. This ensures that the models can be easily understood, replicated, and maintained by other team members or future consultants.
•Present Findings and Recommendations: Communicate the results of your analyses and the performance of your models to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. This includes creating visualizations, reports, and presentations that effectively convey complex information.
•Stay Updated with AI/ML Advancements: Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI and ML technologies. Continuously learn and apply new techniques and tools to solve real-world problems and improve existing solutions.
Requirements:
•Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, ML, or a related field.
•Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
•Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
•Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong communication and presentation skills.
•Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
•Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
