Asset Manager

Looking for an Asset Manager in our OK Wastewater plants.CMRP or CRL preferred.

The Asset Manager is primarily responsible for management of the infrastructure fixed assets of the Wastewater Treatment plants and associated facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years’ experience related to industrial plant or water/wastewater treatment plant maintenance, at least 2 years of construction project management.

Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License.

Technical: Knowledge of water/wastewater facilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & networks. Knowledge of work order management and computerized maintenance management systems.

Communication: Communicates clearly & professionally. Contributes to a positive internal & external customer experience. Maintains composure in challenging situations. Collaborates with others. Asks for constructive feedback. Promotes a culture of diversity, respect & accountability. Challenges other through productive discussion.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to: frequently lift 20-40 pounds; load, unload & move large equipment/tools; access confined spaces; continuously walk and climb stairs and ladder.
