Position Specific Description

This position assesses, designs, develops, integrates and troubleshoots technology to support business processes. Employees provide technical or functional guidance to project, operational, and testing teams. This position works to ensure the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of Business-critical processes and systems, as well as supporting the organizations mission to provide timely and accurate billing for our customers.
