As an

, you will guide a team that is responsible for increasing the profitability of existing products as well as developing innovative new products for the organization. You possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, big-picture strategic thinking, and the ability to make day to day tactical decisions as well. You will spend time researching the existing market, finding new markets for your product line, understanding customer needs and problems, and creating products that address them. Needless to say, you must be a great communicator because you will work across departments - Engineering, Marketing, Procurement, Sales, Quality, and Manufacturing. In short, you will be the evangelist for your product line, helping the team go build products that customers love.

Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements

This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers.
