Develop baseball activities that will increase youth knowledge of the sport.

Description

The organization At Bat is seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various sports disciplines and a strong desire to educate and motivate individuals to achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

•

Provide coaching and training in baseball and softball.

•

Develop personalized baseball or softball daily activities for students based on their age group.

•

Instruct individuals or groups on proper techniques and strategies in baseball or softball activities

•

Monitor and evaluate students' progress to adjust training plans accordingly

•

Ensure the safety of all participants during program sessions

•

Collaborate with Project Coordinator to plan, implement and manage initiative from start to completion.

Qualifications:

•

Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

•

Youth Baseball and/or Softball Coaching Skills or Basic Baseball/Softball Knowledge required.

•

Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to reach their full potential.

Able to work 11:30am to 5pm every Monday through Friday.

Salary

$21 - $24 per hour
