Collection Agent

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on early-stage collections (1–2 months past due) and requires strong problem-solving and communication skills. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable discussing and processing Loss Mitigation options.
