Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and related construction skills, ensuring high-quality results in various projects. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
Duties
•
Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning and leveling the area.
•
Mix and pour concrete according to specifications.
•
Finish surfaces using hand tools and machinery to achieve a smooth and durable finish.
•
Apply sealants, stains, or other treatments to enhance the appearance and longevity of concrete surfaces.
•
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
•
Perform repairs and restoration on existing concrete structures as needed.
•
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
•
Proven experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
•
Familiarity with commercial driving is a plus for transporting materials.
•
Skills in frame carpentry, flooring installation, plastering, stucco application, tile laying, and renovation are highly desirable.
•
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
•
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.

Pay: $20.80 - $21.66 per hour
