Job Description: Are you a driven and detail-oriented professional with a knack for business development and estimation? We are seeking a Business Development Manager to help us grow our business and deliver exceptional projects. In this role, you will play a key part in our success by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and providing accurate project estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Drive Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the metal erection sector.
•
Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
•
Accurate Estimation: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for metal erection projects.
•
Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure project success.
•
Proposal Presentation: Present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
•
Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
•
Proven experience in business development and estimation within the construction industry, specifically metal erection.
•
Strong understanding of metal erection processes and materials.
•
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
•
Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•
Strong organizational and time management skills.
•
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
