Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Construction Foreman with strong leadership experience in septic system installations, underground utility work, or pumping operations. The Foreman will lead field crews, oversee daily operations, maintain safety and compliance, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and up to code.
Key Responsibilities
•
Supervise septic system installations, pumping operations, and maintenance jobs
•
Coordinate field crews and daily job site assignments
•
Conduct daily safety toolbox talks and ensure compliance with all safety standards
•
Manage job site logistics, including equipment, material use, and labor
•
Work directly with maintenance to ensure vehicles and equipment are operating safely and efficiently
•
Track job progress and complete job documentation and reports
•
Ensure accurate execution of project plans and customer requirements
•
Support production planning and labor scheduling
•
Communicate with operations team to troubleshoot site issues and resolve delays
•
Enforce company safety policies and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork
Requirements & Qualifications
•
High School Diploma or GED required
•
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising field crews, preferably in septic, wastewater, or underground utilities
•
Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and procedures used in septic system services
•
Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and job specs
•
Skilled in time management, team coordination, and problem-solving
•
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
•
Heavy equipment certifications (or ability to obtain)
•
Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $41.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
