Major Job Duties
This role, reporting to the Regional Manager, is responsible for supervising and executing capital improvements in their assigned zone.
Primary Responsibilities
•
Supervise the work of all Construction Technicians in their assigned zone
•
Work with the engineering department to supervise and complete planned projects
•
Execute work on open work orders and pending construction projects as assigned
•
Dig and install new mains as needed
•
Supervise and Assist with water and wastewater line repairs, new line installation, and other work as directed
•
All other duties as assigned

Education/Skills
•
High School Diploma or equivalent
•
OSHA Safety Training is preferred
•
Able to use construction equipment such as back hoes etc.
•
Ability to read and interpret Engineering and Construction plans
•
Valid Driver’s License
Working Conditions
•
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
•
Ability to lift heavy objects of up to 75 pounds
•
Exposure to potential hazards such as chemicals, fumes, and odors
•
Will work in confined spaces
•
Willingness to be on call in emergency situations
