Our company is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to assist in estimating and managing a diversity of projects from ground ups to renovations. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, but also a team player who understands the importance of working with others and communicating effectively. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized, tech savvy and punctual. They should have the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels of the organization and contain or be eager to learn the knowledge of all aspects of estimating and project management, including preparation, cost analysis, negotiation, time management and quality control.
Experience as an project coordinator is not required, however any experience will directly correlate to the salary offered.
