Construction Project Coordinator

IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR PART TIME OR / FULL TIME MECHANICAL – GC/ CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR

APPLICANT MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

- Gathering Project Submittals and Approvals according to specifications.

- Maintain Submittal Logs for all Projects.

- Interphase and follow up with CM and Architects thought the project.

- Submit Change Orders for approval.

- Assemble and submit all necessary project Close Outs to Architect for approval.

- Must have solid experience with Excel, Word and PDF.

- Follow up with Project staff, CM’s and owners on ongoing project activity of all submittals and close out until end of project.

- Obtain cost proposal and quotes from vendors for materials/equipment.

- Originate and issue purchase orders to suppliers.

- E Builder experience is a plus.

- Other clerical duties
