The Hydaker-Wheatlake Company is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team!
Essential Job Functions:
Field Documentation & Restoration:
•Conduct pre-construction (pre-flight) video and photo documentation of job sites, noting existing property conditions and locate markings.
•Upload media and notes to Basecamp and maintain organized project records.
•Track restoration progress across active projects; coordinate with field teams to verify completion.
•Take final (post-flight) videos and pictures upon project completion.
•Arrange restoration work when needed or maintain a running list of pending restorations to monitor.
Project Coordination & Support:
•Assist with placement and coordination of project dumpsters and portable toilets.
•Support permit applications and coordination.
•Complete and support QAQC inspections as needed.
Crew & Equipment Support:
•Track JSA (Job Safety Analysis) entries in Basecamp; ensure Field Managers submit daily and compile monthly reports in Teams.
•Assist Project Managers with mail, print pickups, office supply runs, and miscellaneous errands.
Qualifications:
•Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with multiple teams.
•Experience with Basecamp, Microsoft Teams, and general office software preferred.
•Comfortable working in outdoor conditions year-round.
•Knowledge of utility industry best practices.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
