Job Summary Description:
•
The Contract Compliance Specialist ensures the Company adheres to contract terms and conditions by evaluating and investigating conformity to the contracts.
•
Performs compliance-related field inspections and analyses.
•
Tracks contract performance, ensuring the Company meets their obligations, and identifying potential compliance issues.
Essential Job Accountabilities:
•
Examines and evaluates the Company's compliance to internal policies and contract terms and conditions.
•
Monitors field activities to ensure compliance.
•
Compiles notes and photographs during inspections and prepares reports that outline any issues, defects, or non-compliance found during the evaluation.
•
Maintains records of contract compliance activities and communicates findings to relevant stakeholders.
•
Reviews potential variances to contract terms or regulations and implements corrective actions.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
•
Strong analytical skills to analyze data and draw conclusions.
•
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
•
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
•
Detail orientated and the ability to identify potential non-compliance issues.
•
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, construction management or a related field, preferred.
