Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Rigger to join our team on various construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating heavy equipment. As a Rigger, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment, ensuring that all rigging tasks are performed in compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

•

Set up and dismantle rigging equipment for lifting and moving heavy loads.

•

Operate heavy equipment such as front loader trucks, concrete mixers, water trucks, and backhoes.

•

Collaborate with construction teams to dig, build, and transport materials as needed.

•

Inspect rigging equipment for safety and functionality before use.

•

Ensure proper load distribution and secure lifting techniques are employed at all times.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.

•

Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Experience

•

Proven experience in rigging or related roles within construction environments.

•

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

•

Familiarity with operating heavy machinery including tankers, front loader trucks, concrete mixers, water trucks, and backhoes.

•

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

•

Commitment to adhering to safety standards and regulations at all times.

Requirements

•

CCO Rigger Certification

•

CCO Signal person Certification

•

2 years experience

•

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
