What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service with empathy and professionalism. You'll thrive if you enjoy structure, precision, and a role where accuracy and ownership matter.

•

Answer and schedule service calls with care and clarity

•

Engage in outbound scheduling and respond to digital inquiries

•

Promote service plans and cross-offer value-adds to customers

•

Keep accurate records in our CRM and support internal teams

•

Represent Anthony’s values in every customer interaction

What You Bring to the Team:

•

2+ years of customer service or sales in a fast-paced setting

•

Professional, calm communication and strong problem-solving skills

•

Detail-oriented and dependable work style

•

Typing proficiency and comfort with Excel, CRM tools, and phone systems

•

Ability to follow structured processes and work independently
