The Customer Service Representative position will report direct to the Customer Experience Leader and will be responsible for providing “Post Sales” customer service for Clearwater Operations. Scope will include post sales case creation, RMA creation, customer follow up, and execution of assigned post sales activities. In addition, this position will also provide support for giving customers and/or Sales Team open order status including progress of orders through the manufacturing process and confirmation of factory ship commitment dates.
