We're seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to be part of our collaborative team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in safeguarding Wolverine's infrastructure, ensuring compliance, and supporting the secure operation of the energy assets that power everyday life.

A Day in the Life:

Your day revolves around staying ahead of threats, ensuring compliance, and strengthening the technological backbone of our energy infrastructure.

You will monitor and manage risk, lead response efforts when needed, and help shape a proactive security culture across the organization. From collaborating with internal teams to engaging with external partners, your work is strategic, impactful, and essential.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist who brings both technical expertise and strategic insight to the table. The ideal candidate will have:

Strong knowledge of security principles and frameworks, with a hands-on understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

Progressive experience in IT security or regulatory compliance, particularly with standards like NIST CSF or NERC CIP, or equivalent experience.

Proven ability to design and support key security tools such as SIEM, intrusion prevention, vulnerability management, and data protection solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written), and a solid grasp of databases and computer systems development.

A bachelor's degree in information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred).
