La famille Smardt s'agrandit et nous cherchons à ajouter un Directeur de l'ingénierie de fabrication à notre équipe de fabrication et chaîne d'approvisionnement.
À quoi ressembleront vos journées en tant que directeur de l’ingénierie de fabrication?
•
Diriger et fournir une orientation à l'équipe d'ingénierie de fabrication
•
Diriger les tâches liées au processus d'ingénierie de fabrication
•
Diriger l'amélioration continue du Lean, Six Sigma, dans tous les processus de fabrication
•
Diriger/participer à la conception pour la fabrication à travers le processus PDP
•
Diriger le projet d'expansion de la capacité de fabrication et d'empreinte digitale
•
Responsable de toutes les nouvelles dépenses en capital du programme
•
Diriger la feuille de route et le déploiement de l'ingénierie de fabrication avancée
Que recherchons-nous chez un Directeur de l’ingénierie de fabrication?
•
Baccalauréat en génie industriel/mécanique/électrique requis
•
Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en ingénierie et en fabrication requise dans la fabrication lourde et dans un environnement d'assemblage personnalisé massif
•
Expérience dans un environnement d'équipe de développement de produits intégrés requise
•
Connaissance des méthodes de résolution de problèmes (Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, etc…) requise

The Smardt family is growing, and we are looking to add a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to our Manufacturing and Supply Chain department.
What will your days look like as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager?
•
Lead and provide direction to the Manufacturing Engineering Team
•
Lead the manufacturing engineering process related tasks
•
Lead continuous improvement of Lean, Six Sigma, in all Manufacturing Processes
•
Lead / participate in Design for Manufacturing through the PDP Process
•
Lead manufacturing capacity expansion and footrprint project
•
Lead for all new Program Capital Expenditures
•
Lead advanced manufacturing engineering roadmap and deployment
What are we looking for in a Manufacturing Engineering Manager
•
Bachelor degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering required
•
Minimum of 10 years Engineering and Manufacturing experience required in heavy fabrication and massive customized assembly environment
•
Experience in an Integrated Product Development Team environment required
•
Knowledge of Problem Solving methods (Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, etc…) required
