What You'll Do

•

Strategic Development: Collaborate with business leaders, the Strategy group, and other segments to co-create and refine strategies that align with corporate objectives and drive growth, profitability, and returns within the emerging businesses group.

•

Strategy Execution: Drive the execution of approved strategic initiatives by working closely with cross-functional teams, and business leaders, to ensure alignment, commitment, and successful implementation

•

Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of strategic initiatives, identifying key metrics and KPIs to measure progress and success.

•

Analysis and Insight: Work closely with the Finance group to analyze the financial performance of businesses within the emerging segment. Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to the leadership team to support decision-making.

•

Leadership: Lead and develop a team of professionals dedicated to strategic initiatives, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of excellence.

•

Influence: Foster strong collaboration and communication with various teams to ensure alignment with corporate objective and strategies. Position oneself as a trusted advisor and provide consultative support to operational teams and segment leadership.

What You'll Need

•

Proven experience in strategy, financial and business analysis

•

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead effective teams

•

Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

•

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

•

Ability to travel as required

Your Education

•

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required
