Job Overview
Eagle Creek Homes is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise drawings and plans that support the design and construction processes for residential homes.
Duties
•
Develop detailed drawings and schematics using software for residential homes.
•
Create dsign specifications, documentation, and materials list.
•
Estimate material and production cost for designs.
•
Collaborate to understand project requirements and specifications.
•
Prepare layouts, assembly drawings, and detailed parts drawings for design projects.
•
Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
•
Revise drawings based on feedback from team members or clients to ensure accuracy.
•
Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and project documentation.
Experience
•
Proficiency in drafting software.
•
Ability to multi task and manage several projects.
•
Experience in creating schematics and detailed designs is preferred.
•
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
•
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across various disciplines.
•
Previous experience in residential industry is a huge plus.
•
1-3 years experience for this position.
