Overview
1. Organizes and conducts weekly safety meetings of all shift personnel.
2. Organizes and supervises activities of bargaining unit personnel. The scope of supervision is
focused toward electrical efficiency to ensure production efficiency
3. Documents shift activities on “daily activity” sheet.
4. Will be asked to attend various meetings.
5. Ensures that personnel supervised are properly paid and that they their overtime records are current
and accurate (e-time).
6. Prepares written reports as required, e.g. safety meeting minutes, letters of recognition, etc.
7. Submit documentation to the appropriate personnel upon completion.
8. Education on the Automation cell of the plant will be required. Outside training might be necessary.
9. Provide electrical support, when needed, to production department during nights and weekends
