We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic, Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our team. Canidate will recieve hourly wage plus sales commission incentives.

Job Summary:

As an Entry-Level Sales Associate at Madera Cabinets, you will play a key role in helping customers find cabinetry solutions that fit their style, space, and budget. You’ll assist clients in the showroom, answer questions about products and finishes and reach out to prospective clients. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and an interest in home improvement. No prior experience in cabinetry or sales is required—just a willingness to learn and grow in a supportive, hands-on environment.
