Roofing Sales Representative

Are you a motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for helping homeowners? We’re looking for energetic and outgoing Roofing Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing team. What You’ll Do:
•
Prospect and generate new customer leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and company leads
•
Conduct roof inspections and explain findings and solutions to homeowners
•
Educate customers on roofing systems, insurance claims, and the installation process
•
Prepare accurate estimates and close sales contracts
•
Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
•
Collaborate with our production and support teams to deliver top-tier service
What We’re Looking For:
•
Prior experience in sales, roofing, construction, or home improvement preferred (not required—we train the right person!)
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
•
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
•
Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections (training provided)
