Job Description:

Above and Below Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Wheel Loader Operator to join our out-of-town asphalt production team. This role requires long-term travel, with extended periods away from home for several months at a time.

Responsibilities:

- Operate wheel loader safely and efficiently to move, load, and handle materials at asphalt production sites.

- Load raw materials into asphalt plants and assist production teams.

- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any equipment issues.

- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

- Proven experience operating a wheel loader in construction or asphalt production environments.

- Ability to work on the road for extended periods (several months).

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

- Strong attention to safety and detail.

- Physically fit and able to perform demanding work outdoors.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed

- Must pass a pre-employment drug screeing
