Your Role at Baxter

Are you passionate about starting a career in the medical device field? The Field Service Technician I will perform functions related to product readiness for patient utilization on a wide range of rental and customer owned medical products. This is where we transform healthcare together by cleaning, disinfecting, performing operational function checks, and minor repairs of Baxter and non-Baxter products.

This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, with occasional on-call rotation. Candidates must be based in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area.

Your Team

The Field Service team works within hospitals and service setting environments to repair and deliver medical devices. Field Service Technicians at Baxter are thoroughly trained on working with our devices and will build off of previous mechanical or technical knowledge.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a salary of $43,200 - $59,400. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/ experience, time in role, business line, and geographic/ office location.
