Are you ready to start your career in the coating and engineering industry? Dixon Engineering is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Field Technicians/Inspectors. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with some construction-related experience who are eager to learn and grow within a supportive team.
What You’ll Do
•
Learn to conduct thorough coating inspections on various construction projects.
•
Complete detailed field inspection reports and document findings accurately.
•
Use specialized field-testing equipment and assist with testing on-site.
•
Work alongside our experienced engineering team, gaining hands-on experience.
•
Adhere to Dixon Engineering’s inspection techniques, safety standards, and construction methodology.
What We’re Looking For
•
Entry-level candidates with some construction-related experience (whether from previous jobs, internships, or projects).
•
Ability to work at heights upwards of 150' and in various outdoor environments.
•
A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
•
Willingness to travel as required for job sites.
•
A strong desire to learn and grow within a company that values career development.
•
Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, and teamwork skills.

Education And Experience
•
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
•
Some college education or construction-related experience is a plus.
Work Week
