This finance partner will play a pivotal role in shaping our long-term growth and success for our Energy Efficiency business in our Eastern Region. We’re looking for a hands-on leader to apply their progressive Financial Operations experience to drive strategic growth initiatives within the region. As a key member of the Finance leadership team, the Finance Director will serve as a strategic partner to regional operations leaders, driving financial performance, operational excellence, and business growth. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of financial planning, business partnering, and team development.

- Serve as the lead financial advisor to regional operations, providing insights and strategic guidance to influence decision-making and drive performance.

- Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and career growth.

- Oversee operational forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling to support business planning and drive forecast accuracy.

- Design and implement robust KPIs and performance metrics to monitor regional performance and support data-driven decision-making.

- Lead regular (monthly, etc) Business Reviews, synthesizing financial data into actionable insights and communicating the qualitative story behind the numbers.

- Identify and implement initiatives to streamline financial and operational processes, with a focus on improving cash flow, working capital, and overall efficiency.

- Support RFPs, pricing strategies, and contract reviews, ensuring alignment with financial goals and risk mitigation in budget planning.

- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a key escalation point and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.

- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems, including Salesforce, through proactive collaboration and governance.

- Lead ROI, NPV, and IRR analyses to support product innovation, capital investments, and new business opportunities.
